但维德，男，生于贵州思南。1962 年生于思南山城。结业于中央文化和旅游管理干部学院“高级文学创作师，专业绘画类”。诗人、作家、书法家、画家，国家一级美术师，中国葡萄王。亚洲书画家协会副主席、国宝级艺术大师、省美协副主席、国际美术家联合会副主席、《中国艺坛》总编、中国企业文化总编社长、《华人》杂志副总编、湖湘文化研究会副会长、江西将军书画院艺术顾问、广州大学客座教授，德艺双馨人民艺术家，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。

他的书画作品，有文人画气质，画中有诗，诗中有画，形成了诗、书画三位一体。在水墨画上他追求一种文人画的境界，“书画是一个人综合素质的体现，只有具备丰富的文化综合素质，才能把书画融入一体达到较高的境界。”读他的诗、书、画及我的感受是气势磅礴，有潇洒自如之美。国际美术联合会主席陈柏坚看了但维德的作品《百里葡萄画》，他欣然在画上题字，“百里葡萄画，是一幅不可多得的神品。”2016 年其作品被中国好版权被评为 1 银 3 优的奖项，其艺术成就是中国的最高奖项。2017 年授予“红色文化传承人”。作品入编到“一带一路中欧意象”中国当代书画名家作品集“改革开放 40 周年”“中华文化复兴践行者”2019 被授予“最具收藏价值书画家”但维德画家，现人称为“葡萄之王，”行内人评价有大师风范，书法以正为变，自成一家，功夫在书画之外。十八大人民日报新闻战线专题报道《葡萄王但维德》艺术成就、十六届亚运会作品被国家作为永久性收藏。其作品多次被国家印制成各种邮票，成为国家名片。并且在欧洲印制成邮票邮集册。

其作品被中国红十字协会，基金会，在汶川地震，玉树地震，西南大旱灾进行义卖，所得款项全部捐赠。作品收入《中国美术通史》，《近当代中国美术史》，《百年风云，党跃中华一一新时代中华好儿》，其及邮集邮册，邮票《文化强民族强》，《百年历程，中国道路》，《新时代杰出文艺工作者一一国礼：人民艺术家》，《江山多娇一一纪念伟人诞辰一百三十周年》，《庆祝中国人民解放军建军 95 周年一一喜迎中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会一大型文献类珍藏邮册》，一一等等。及其美术书法作品刋印，并获得奖状，奖杯，功勋章。制成黄金版画。其作品被国内外书画爱好者收藏，为国争光一一。但维德书画艺术授到家传，由其是父亲但思忠言传身教，从小受到严格教育，终身获益。感谢我的老师们的精心培育有杨之光，罗镜泉，熊宗江，刘文西，陈柏坚，李宗繁等等大师的指教。自成一家终得心源，书画同源，品自高，心正人正，天地相通，丹青绘出山川美，硕果年丰妙笔生。2021 年建党 100 周年之际被中国书法家协会，中国美术家协会，中国人民书画艺术研究院，中国华夏国墨书画院，表彰金质奖章《德艺双馨人民艺术家》。

2022 年 孙晓云题字被国礼特供艺术家评审委员会，国礼文化市场调查委员会“为中国传统文化传承与发展做出卓越贡献”国礼艺术家网特聘为‘国礼艺术家特邀顾问’并授予“国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号。

2023 年中华人民共和国建国 74 周年受到表彰获得镀金奖章《国家栋梁 . 时代楷模—但维德》。

Dan Weide, male, was born in Sinan, Guizhou Province. He was born in 1962 in the mountain city of Sinan. He completed a course at the Central Institute of Culture and Tourism Management in the "senior literary creation and professional painting" program. He is a poet, writer, calligrapher, and painter. He is a national first-class artist and known as the "Grape King of China".

He is the vice chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, a national treasure-level art master, the vice chairman of the Guizhou Artists Association, the vice chairman of the International Federation of Artists, the editor-in-chief of Chinese Art Circles, the editor-in-chief and president of Chinese Corporate Culture, the deputy editor-in-chief of Chinese People magazine, the vice president of the Huxiang Culture Research Association, the art consultant of the Jiangxi Generals' Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and a guest professor at Guangzhou University. In 2022, with an inscription by Sun Xiaoyun, he was recognized by the National Gift Special Supply Artist Evaluation Committee and the National Gift Culture Market Survey Committee for "making outstanding contributions to the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture".
